DESCRIPTION:This class can be taken by others outside of our practice  for a fee of $300/3 months \n“Fourth Trimester Friday” is a postpartum support group designed to address the unique needs and challenges that parents and newborns face after birth. It is often referred to as the “fourth trimester” because it recognizes the significant developmental changes and adjustments that occur for both parents and babies during this postpartum period. \nThis group typically consists of a small group of mothers who come together regularly to share experiences\, receive guidance\, and learn valuable information about navigating the early postpartum period. To support you further our Fourth Trimester Friday is generally led by our IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) or staff member with expertise in newborn care and postpartum period. Our main goal is to provide extra support to ensure your success in whichever feeding method you choose (breastfeeding\, pumping\, bottle feeding\, formula feeding). \nStop by and use our state of the art baby scale to track your baby’s weight and growth progress\, make new friends\, get good advice or share your experiences. \nThis class is held every Friday except holidays or an occasional need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.
