Meet Dr. Aiman Shilad

Dr. Aiman Shilad is an experienced obstetrician and gynecologist dedicated to women’s health. Using advanced technologies like the da Vinci Robot System, he combines expertise with compassionate care. Recognized as a New Jersey Top Doctor, Dr. Shilad offers personalized, evidence-based care, building strong relationships with patients and guiding them through their healthcare journey. He is also passionate about advancing women’s health through research and education.

Meet Stephanie Diaz, CNM

Stephanie Diaz, our certified nurse midwife, supports expectant mothers and women through all life stages. With a master’s in nursing and midwifery, she provides prenatal and postpartum care, specializing in supporting women through transitions like adolescence and menopause. Stephanie offers compassionate, holistic care, ensuring women are empowered in their birth choices and well-being.

At Vista Women’s Health, we focus on both the physical and emotional health of our patients, providing support through every stage of life.

I switched here mid-pregnancy after receiving just basic care from a previous practice and I felt like I deserved more as an expecting mom. Switching was the best decision, and more is exactly what you get here. I’ve had an exceptional experience from pregnancy to overall women’s health. Dr. Shilad is a genius and goes above and beyond for his patients. Stephanie, the midwife, also goes the extra mile and provides amazing care. The doula, Ann Marie, guided me through my pregnancies and births, eased my nerves, and helped make birthing a beautiful experience. Noelle and Lexi at the front desk add an extra touch of personalized care as they make you feel a part of their family. The office itself is clean and welcoming and I cannot say one negative thing about this practice.

My review disappeared when they changed the name of this practice.In August 2020 Dr. Shilad told me my 8lb 3oz baby was too big. (I am 5'7 for context). As a first time mom, this sounded plausible to me.I was 41w3d, which was too late for an induction (again, sounded plausible to me; though I'd just been informed otherwise by the midwife in his practice)The baby was in some kind of mysterious "bad shape" (he claimed, all the time referencing the 8 BPP). I assumed he would not say this without evidence.He told me I would regret an induction and I should instead, immediately schedule a c-section.This is all not to mention the fraudulent billing for appointments that never happened during COVID, either telehealth or in person.Draw your own conclusions and please, request your medical records.

I was looking for a great gynecologist in my area but this doesn't have to do anything with the doctors but service desk/management.When I called as a new patient, I gave them my information and insurance. They said everything looks good, you're all set. I waited around a week or two. I get a call a day before my appointment, saying that my insurance is Out-of-Network, and I have to pay for visit around $150. How inconvenient is this! Why they couldn't check this sooner and tell me earlier? I could've searched for other appointments with other doctors, since I'm worried about my health.I even took PTO of my work for this appointment. At the end, I just canceled my appointment and never got to meet the doctors. I think this should definitely change. Please, be AWARE.

I was hesitant to go to the gynecologist because of a bad experience I had previously.. to say my view on women’s health has been changed would be an understatement. I walked in the door and instantly felt my anxiety lifted, the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and so kind. When I met with Dr. Shilad he took the time to address my concerns and go through all of my different options with me. Never once did I feel written off or gaslighted which has been the issue I’ve run into in the past. Can’t thank you all enough.

Not enough good things I could say about this practice. I have been with Dr. Shilad's practice since 2021 when a routine pap smear discovered pre-cervical cancer. Dr. Shilad and his team took the best care of me during this anxious and overwhelming time. I am now halfway through my first pregnancy and I couldn't ask for a better team of professionals to have for my care during my pregnancy. They are always available, willing to listen and make you feel like family to them. Special thanks to Dr. Shilad, Ann Marie, Stephanie, Noelle and Diana for always providing the best care and compassion at every visit. Highly recommend to all women.

Highly recommend!!! Everyone who works in this office truly cares about their patients. Dr Shilad, Stephanie, Ann Marie, Noelle and Diane are all so genuine, knowledgeable and professional. I’ve been coming here since my third month of pregnancy and could not ask for more from them. They were such a big support during a difficult pregnancy and they even host free postpartum support classes to their clients. Do not look anywhere else but here!
