Dr. Aiman Shilad is a highly skilled and compassionate medical professional dedicated to providing exceptional care in the field of obstetrics and gynecology located in Montclair, New Jersey. With years of experience and a strong commitment to women's health, Dr. Shilad has earned a reputation for delivering comprehensive and personalized care to his patients. Dr. Shilad is certified in the da Vinci Robot System which is designed to provide faster recovery and improved patient outcomes compared to traditional procedures.
Dr. Shilad completed his medical degree at St. George’s University School of Medicine. After earning his medical degree, he completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City. He is currently completing his MBA at Yale University. Dr. Shilad is a member of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and continues to be recognized as a New Jersey Top Doctor every year.

Meet Our Midwife
Stephanie Diaz is a highly skilled and compassionate midwife dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to expectant mothers and their families. With years of experience and a deep commitment to the well-being of mothers and babies, Stephanie Diaz is here to ensure that your birthing experience is nothing short of extraordinary. In addition, Stephanie specializes in the care of women through all life stages – from adolescence through menopause – by providing well woman care which includes but not limited to annual exams which includes a pap smear , breast exam, and STD Screening, prevention, and treatment (if necessary), along with a discussion of your general health.
Background and Expertise:
With a solid foundation in midwifery, Stephanie Diaz brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Vista Women’s Health. Stephanie Diaz received her Master of Science degree in nursing and midwifery from Frontier Nursing University and her undergraduate degree from College of Saint Elizabeth. Prior to completing her graduate degree she practiced as a labor and delivery nurse at Mountainside Hospital for 6 years. Since becoming a CNM, she has worked in both hospital-based and private practices. She is an active member of the American College of Nurse-Midwives, and a member of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Stephanie enjoys working with women through their transitions of life and allows women to safely and collaboratively take control of their birth outcomes. She has dedicated herself to staying up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and techniques in the field, continually expanding her knowledge to provide the best possible care for her patients.
